Arrival & Departure: Check-in is 2 p.m., and check-out by 12 p.m.
Speed limit is 5 miles per hour for ALL vehicles, including e- bikes and scooters.
Tent camping is NOT allowed.
Keep RV site clean and presentable, no alterations to sites.
No tarps or any unauthorized materials.
No generator usage allowed.
Washing your vehicle is permitted at no cost on Tuesdays. A $10.00 fee is required for vehicle washing on any other day. This fee also applies if you hire someone to clean the RV.
Dish washing facilities are provided outside the laundry room. No dish washing in the bathroom sinks.
No late departures unless authorized by the office in advance. Additional fees of $10.00/hour apply, and no later than 1 p.m.
Quiet hours at the park are from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. You’re welcome to enjoy low-volume conversations by the campfire, provided they don’t disturb fellow guests. If you’re up early, please be mindful of others who may still be sleeping by keeping your activities quiet and to a minimum.
We work very hard to keep our landscaping beautiful for our guests. Lawn maintenance is done on weekdays. Therefore, we ask all guests to please keep the lawn area clear for maintenance purposes.
Our sprinkler system runs at least twice a day in our larger grassy areas throughout the park, as well as overnight in RV sites. Plan meals and activities accordingly.
Do not drive stakes or spikes into the ground as they may damage underground irrigation pipes.
No vehicles, mats, rugs, or dog fences on the grass.
Do not climb, nail, hang, or tie anything to the trees.
Do not climb fences.
Do not pull flowers from the gardens or cut tree limbs.
Do not play in the flower gardens, bushes or the lake.
The lake is NOT for swimming, boats, humans, or dogs. Fly fishing only!
No harassing ducks and geese.
Please do not feed the ducks, includng bread. Duck food is available for $1 at the office.
Pool hours are 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. (May-September)
Children must be supervised at all times.
No smoking in the pool area.
No pets in the pool area.
No glass in the pool area.
No jumping or diving allowed.
Please shower before entering the pool or spa.
Please observe rules posted at pool & spa.
Pets must be on a 6-foot leash when outside the RV. Please do not tie pets to trees.
Pets must never be left unattended.
Behavior: aggressive and/or excessive barking pets must leave the park.
Pet pens/cages are allowed on the pavement or pavers at RV sites, not on the grass.
Pets are not allowed in buildings such as the office, laundry, bathrooms and pool area. NO DOGS IN THE LAKE!
Pets should only relieve themselves in designated pet walks and the dog run area, not in your site.
Pet waste stations are available for your convenience; owners must pick up after their pets.
Ensure your children are ALWAYS under supervision. Given the proximity of both the highway and the lake in the campground, their safety is our top priority. Children should not be around the lake area unaccompanied by an adult, and an adult should always be present when they are fishing at the lake or in the pool and spa area.
Bicycles and scooters are allowed on paved streets only. They are not to be ridden on walkways, sidewalks, around buildings, or landscaped areas.

Garbage must be tied in a plastic bag and placed at the end of the site for pickup between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. daily. Please refrain from leaving out overnight.
Please do not leave and/or dispose of personal garbage in the bathhouses.
Recycling: Only aluminum cans, small glass bottles and cardboard that have been broken down and separated will be recycled.
Visitor Check-In: Visitors must register at the office.
Guests staying overnight must register at the office and are subject to a $10 fee per person, per night & a $10 fee for any additional vehicles, per night.
Extra parking is available in designated areas. Please do not block roadways, park in grass, park in unoccupied sites, etc.
Management has the authority to modify, update, or expand these rules and regulations at any point. Decisions regarding the enforcement or interpretation of these rules are exclusively at management's discretion. Additionally, management retains the right to ask any guest to leave the resort if they fail to comply with these rules or if their behavior disrupts other guests.
