Park Rules

• RV Standards: only clean, self-contained RVs in good repair allowed. 
• Tent: tents are not permitted.
• Site Maintenance: No vehicles, mats,/rugs, or dog fences are allowed on the grass. Keep sites clean and litter-free. Advised against leaving coolers or valuables outside overnight. Laundry should not be hung from RVs, awnings, or clotheslines. 
• Chalk Usage: Is allowed.
• Generator Usage: Is not allowed.
• Shade Tent: Allowed, must be weighted down. Stakes in the ground are strictly prohibited.
• RV/Vehicle Wash: Permitted on Tuesday's at no cost. A $10 fee for any other day.
• No Late Departures unless authorized in advance. Additional fees of $10/hour apply, and no later than 1PM.

• Vehicle Placement: Vehicles should not obstruct roadways or site access. Park only in designated spaces and avoid parking on grass or in unoccupied sites. 

• Visitor Check-In: Visitors must register at the front desk.
• Overnight Visitors: A $10 fee applies per person, as well as, a $10 fee for any additional vehicles, per night.

• Leash and Supervision: Pets must be on a maximum of 6' leash and not left unattended or kenneled outside.
• Behavior: Aggressive or excessively barking pets must leave the park.
• Cleanup: Use designated pet areas and clean up after pets. Disposable bags available throughout the park. Not cleaning up after the pet is subject to a $20 site cleaning fee. 
• Cages and fences are allowed only on the pavement or pavers at RV sites, not on the grass. 

• Garbage pickup is at your site. It must be tied in a plastic bag and placed at the end of the site for pickup between 9AM to 4PM daily. Please refrain from leaving trash out overnight.
• Recycling: Only aluminum cans, small glass bottles and cardboard that has been broken down and separated will be recycled.

• Hours are 10AM to 8PM. Children must be supervised at all times. Please observe rules posted at pool & spa. The spa is not a pool for children to play/swim. No pets or glass are allowed in the pool area. No Smoking!

• Speed Limit: 5 MPH, including e-bikes and scooters. Use of bicycles and scooters are permitted on the paved streets only. They are not to be ridden on walkways, in landscaped areas, or in the RV park entrance and parking lot. 
• Trees: Don't climb, nail, hang, or tie anything to the trees.  
• Flowers: I know they are beautiful but PLEASE do not pull them from the gardens!
• Lake: is NOT for swimming, boats, humans, or dogs. Playing in, near, or along the lake is dangerous and not allowed. 
• Ducks: Please do not feed the ducks, including bread. Duck food is available for $1 at the office. No harassing ducks and geese.

• Parental Responsibility: Parents must ensure children abide by park rules.  No unattended children are allowed in the pool/spa area, or around the lake. An adult should always be present when they're fishing, or in the pool/spa area.

We work very hard to keep our landscaping beautiful for our guests. 

• Lawn Schedule: Performed on weekdays. Keep lawn area clear for maintenance.
• Irrigation: runs at least twice a day in all large grassy areas throughout the park, as well as overnight in RV sites., starting at 10PM.  Plan your meals and activities accordingly.

• Take it off Tuesday: You are permitted to wash your RV/vehicles at no cost on Tuesdays. A $10 fee is required for vehicle washing on any other day. This fee also applies if you hire someone to clean the RV.
• Professional Detailing: Detailers must be licensed and insured.
