Yes. Reservations 1-6 days will be charged a deposit equal to one night's stay, 1-3 weeks will be charged a deposit of $150, and stays 1-month or longer will be charged a deposit of $200. See the Monthly Reservation FAQs for requests greater than 30 days.

While we don't guarantee specific site numbers, we make every effort to honor requests for preferences like satellite-friendly spots, shaded areas, or pull-through locations.
-Reservations lasting between 1 to 6 days, a cancellation made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date (by 2 pm) will incur a $10 cancellation fee.
-Reservations 7+ days, a cancellation made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date (by 2 pm) will incur a $25 cancellation fee.
-Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled arrival date will forfeit their deposit.
-A $50 cancel fee applies to cancellations made 2 weeks before the scheduled arrival date.
-Cancellations made within 2 weeks of the scheduled arrival date will forfeit their deposit.
There are no refunds for early departure.
You're welcome to alter your reservation. However, please note that modifying the dates of an existing reservation is subject to minimum notice requirements (48 hours of scheduled arrival date).
A cancellation is deemed invalid unless you have received a cancellation confirmation email from Bend/Sisters Garden RV. Without this confirmation, you will be liable for any applicable cancellation rules and charges.
NO. We do not have the availability to do a full year stay in our park. Our monthly stays/rates run from October through May (pending availability).
Complete the Monthly Application. Management will carefully review your application and typically respond within 24 hours.
Yes. A $200 deposit is required at the time of booking. $100 of that deposit will be applied upon arrival, the other $100 will be released at the end of your stay.
-Pets require a $100 non-refundable pet fee.
-Electricity is calculated at the end of each month either via metered reading or a flat rate.

Yes. We have a small fenced off area in the park, as well as a Pet Walk, and access to the National Forest from within our park.

Yes. We have coin-operated washers/dryers. The cost is $2 per wash and dry. The laundry room is located directly behind the office, and is open 24/7. Quarters available in the office.
We offer Wi-Fi access; however, please note that the reliability of the service may vary. We recommend considering alternative options such as bringing your satellite or hotspot for a more reliable level of access based on your needs.
Currently, Verizon and AT&T users typically report good reception within the park. However, guests with T-Mobile and Sprint may experience spotty service to no service.
Yes. A campfire ring is available at each site.

Yes, we have a regular-sized BBQ available for rent on the patio near the pool. Please contact the office for details.
Yes. You're welcome to bring a volleyball net, but you must seek prior approval from the management and confirm the designated location for setting it up. Please contact the office for further discussion and approval.

RV sites range from 52 feet to 80 feet, with the majority falling around the 60-foot range. We are big-rig friendly.
No. There are no age restrictions for RVs in our park. However, we do require that all vehicles are fully functional, and for monthly stays we ask for RV pictures prior to approval.

Yes. While we don't have a dedicated indoor space for events, we do offer a covered tent located by the pool patio that can be reserved for group gatherings. This space includes power access and can comfortably accommodate seating for approximately 45 people.
No special rates or amenities for groups; regular rates apply.
We suggest booking groups as far in advance as you can. Reservations can be made up to a year in advance.
