• Rates are for 2-person occupancy, 2 pets (dogs), 1 RV and 1 Vehicle.
• Additional fees include 8% County Tax and a 1.5% State Lodging Tax per night, except Monthly Rates
• Discount Accepted: Good Sam
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

• 6 days or less: equal to one night's stay
• 1 - 3 weeks: $150
• Rodeo deposits: $150 and nonrefundable

• 6 days or less: A $15 cancel fee applies to cancellations made at least 72hrs prior to the arrival date.
• 1 - 3 weeks: A $25 cancel fee applies to cancellations made at least 72hrs prior to the arrival date.
• All cancellations made within 72hrs to the arrival date will forfeit their deposit.
• A cancellation is deemed invalid unless you have received a cancellation confirmation via email. Without this confirmation, you will be liable for any applicable cancellation rules and charges.
• No refunds for early departure. 

• A deposit equal to one night's stay is required at booking.
• A $50 cancellation fee will apply to reservations canceled two or more weeks prior to arrival date. Cancellations made within two weeks of the arrival date will forfeit the deposit.

• A $200 deposit is required at booking. 
• Pets require a $100 nonrefundable pet fee.
• A $50 cancellation fee will apply to monthly reservations canceled two or more weeks prior to arrival date. Cancellations made within two weeks of the arrival date will forfeit the deposit.
• There are no additional discounts available for monthly rates. 
• Monthly rates are NOT available May - September.

• A $100 deposit is required at booking. 
• A $25 cancellation fee will apply to storage reservations canceled two or more weeks prior to arrival date. Cancellations made within two weeks of the arrival date will forfeit the deposit.
