Additional Information
General
- Rates are for 2-person occupancy, 2 pets (dogs), 1 RV and 1 Vehicle.
- Taxes include 8% County Tax and a 1.5% State Lodging Tax per night, except Monthly Rates
- Discount Accepted: Good Sam
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Deposits (RV/Cabin)
- 6 days or less: equal to one night's stay
- 1 - 3 weeks: $150
- Rodeo deposits: $150 NONREFUNDABLE / NONTRANSFERABLE
Cancellation Policy (RV/Cabin)
- 6 days or less: A $15 cancel fee applies to cancellations made at least 72hrs prior to the arrival date.
- 1 - 3 weeks: A $25 cancel fee applies to cancellations made at least 72hrs prior to the arrival date.
- All cancellations made within 72hrs to the arrival date will forfeit their deposit.
- A cancellation is deemed invalid unless you have received a cancellation confirmation via email. Without this confirmation, you will be liable for any applicable cancellation rules and charges.
- NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURE
Cottages
- A deposit equal to one night's stay is required at booking.
- A $50 cancellation fee will apply to reservations canceled two or more weeks prior to arrival date. Cancellations made within two weeks of the arrival date will forfeit the deposit.
