We DO NOT have any available RV sites, Cabins or Cottages during the Sisters Rodeo.

Guest that have RV sites for Rodeo are "grandfathered" into their site which means they get priority in reserving their same site for the following year.  

The waiting list for an RV site, Cabin or Cottage opens on Sunday of the current year's Rodeo. 

• Individuals waiting at the front door of the office will receive first priority, followed by voice messages and email requests, identified by timestamp.

If canceling the current year's reservation and keeping the "forever site" then:

• Deposit of $150 is non-refundable.
• Guest must pay the remaining balance for 3 day minimum.
• Guest must pay $150 non-refundable deposit for the following year.
• Reservations are non-transferable, cannot "give to a friend".

If canceling Rodeo "forever site" then:

• Cancel fee of $150.
